Attention! Any electronic data exchanged between Renault and you in the
framework of our trade and contractual relationship will be deemed to be signed
by Renault. Their data-processing recording on any support by Renault will be
considered as identical copy and shall be the best evidence of the identity of
their author and of his will to sign the contents in the same way and under the
same conditions and with the same conclusive force as any document
which would be drawn up, received or preserved in writing, including as
used before the courts.
